TIPS
FOR USING CALL-24
The following
guidelines will make using CALL-24 quick and simple.
- After dialing
the CALL-24 telephone number, enter your account number followed
by #. (Do not enter suffixes, such as "00" or "10"
at this point.)
- CALL-24 will
request you to enter your 4-digit Personal Identification Number
(PIN). If you need a PIN, call or come by the credit union. To
change an existing PIN, use CALL-24.
- When entering
dollars and cents, omit the decimal point. CALL-24 will verify
each amount before proceeding.
- Transactions
performed after hours are handled on the next business day.
- Enter * to
return to the Main Menu.
- You can complete
your calls more quickly by overriding the voice prompts and entering
your transaction codes in one continuous entry.
