2) Enter your account number followed by #
3) Enter your 4-digit PIN followed by #
4) Enter your main menu choice (1 - 3)
5) Enter the appropriate number under each main menu
6) Key in requested information to complete the inquiry or transaction
7) Enter * for previous menu
8) Enter # to end the call

The following guidelines will make using Smartline quick and simple.
- After dialing the Smartline telephone number, enter your account number followed by #. (Do not enter suffixes, such as "00" or "10" at this point.)
- Smartline will request you to enter your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you need a PIN, call or come by the credit union. To change an existing PIN, use Smartline.
- When entering dollars and cents, omit the decimal point. Smartline will verify each amount before proceeding.
- Transactions performed after hours are handled on the next business day.
- Enter * to return to the previous menu.
- You can complete your calls more quickly by overriding the voice prompts and entering your transaction codes in one continuous entry.
