College Scholarships
Georgia Heritage FCU is pleased to offer annual scholarships to qualified members. Each year we offer a $1,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who will be attending a college or university within six months of receiving notification of the scholarship award. We also offer a $1,000 continuing education scholarship to a student currently enrolled in or accepted to a college. Applicants must be members of the credit union.
To become a member of Georgia Heritage FCU, you must live, work, worship or attend school in Chatham, Effingham or Bryan counties. Membership requires a $5 savings account.
Scholarship materials for 2011 will be available by January 31, 2011.
Deadline for applications will be in early May, 2011.
